Admin Review & Verification
Our team will carefully review your documents to verify ownership. This typically takes 2-3 business days. You'll receive an email once your claim is reviewed.

An account with Ikri.
You need to sign up in order to create a property claim.
Proof of identity (passport, driver's license, or national ID)
Clear photo or scan of your government-issued ID. Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, PDF.
Proof of Address
If you don't have the original deed, you'll need to verify your landlord status. You can either:
- Gmail Verification (Recommended): Verify through your rental registration emails from the Malta Housing Authority if you've had tenants before.
- ARMS Utility Bill: Upload a recent ARMS utility bill showing your name as the account holder.
Note: All documents are securely encrypted and stored. We never share your personal information with third parties. Your documents are only used for verification purposes.

How long does verification take?
Verification typically takes 2-3 business days. You'll receive an email once your claim is reviewed. In some cases, if we need additional documentation, it may take slightly longer.
What if someone else has already claimed my property?
You can still submit a claim. Our admin team will review both claims and verify the actual owner based on the documentation provided. The rightful owner will be granted access, and any fraudulent claims will be removed.
Can I claim multiple properties?
Yes! You can claim as many properties as you own. Simply add all properties during the claim process. You'll benefit from our discounted pricing for additional properties (€149.99 each after the first).
Is there a fee to claim my property?
Claiming your property is free until the end of July. After that, there is a one-time fee of €294.99 for your first property. Additional properties are €149.99 each. This is a lifetime fee with no recurring charges. Repeat customers with business accounts receive a discounted rate of €149.99 per property.
What happens after I'm approved?
Once approved, you'll receive immediate access to your landlord dashboard where you can customize property information, upload photos, respond to tenant reviews, leave feedback on tenants, and manage all your claimed properties.
Can I get a refund if my claim is rejected?
Yes. If your claim is rejected due to insufficient documentation or inability to verify ownership, you will receive a full refund. However, please ensure you submit accurate and complete documentation to avoid delays.
How does the block discount work?
If you're claiming multiple properties in the same building (e.g., multiple units at "123 Tower Road"), each additional property in that building gets the discounted rate of €39.99, regardless of whether you're a first-time or repeat customer. The first property is still €249.99.
