Checking in (stay available)
Confirm you're still looking so you stay visible in agent search — or mark yourself unavailable when you've found a place.
Why check-in matters
If you've set availability to "available now" or a future move-in date, Ikri expects occasional activity. After a stretch of inactivity we email a check-in reminder. Stay inactive long enough and you may appear stale to agents, then automatically be marked unavailable and drop out of search.
Use the email link
When you get a check-in email, tap Check In Now. That opens a secure page with your one-time link. Choose "Yes, I'm still looking" to refresh your activity and stay in search, or "No, I've found a place" to mark yourself unavailable.
Or update availability anytime
You don't have to wait for an email. On your dashboard or My Passport, open the Availability card and set Available now, a future date, or Not available. This controls whether you appear in agent search.
If the link is invalid
Check-in links expire or can only be used once. If you see an invalid link page, sign in and update availability from your dashboard instead.
