Sending a contact request
Find a tenant in search, open their passport, spend credits to request contact, and wait for their decision.
Search the tenant pool
From your agent dashboard, open Search. Filter by area, income, availability, and other criteria. Browsing is free — you only spend credits when you request contact.
Open a passport
Select a tenant card to view their full passport. You'll see profile details with names partially hidden until they accept. Check availability and any notes about recent activity before requesting.
Start Get in touch
Use the contact CTA (it shows the credit cost for that tenant). The modal checks that you're signed in as an agent, have enough credits, and that the tenant isn't unavailable, blocking you, or in a cooldown period.
Confirm and send
Review the credit spend and refund rules, then confirm. The request is sent to the tenant. They see your verification status before deciding. Until they respond, the passport shows that a request is pending.
Track the request
Follow pending and completed requests under Contact Requests on your agent dashboard. If the tenant accepts, their details move to Leads. If they reject or don't reply within 72 hours, credits are refunded automatically.
